Southbound I-35 Reduced to One Lane between North Branch and Forest Lake

Drivers heading south on I-35 between North Branch and Forest Lake should expect slowdowns as work projects begin on Sept. 14.

The roadway will be reduced to a single lane between Highway 95 and Highway 8 daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. while preventative maintenance is conducted.

Crews may also work on Saturdays as needed.

The daily lane closures for this work are expected to end by mid-October.

All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather-dependent and subject to change.
