Pine Center For the Arts announces May exhibition

The Pine Center For the Arts will host a group exhibition featuring works from more than 20 artists with the Kanabec County Art Association during May.

The gallery, titled “Art For Art’s Sake,” features a variety of mediums from the Mora-based art association, which has been active for over 60 years.

The Kanabec County group meets weekly, and according to a news release, offers "a welcoming and supportive space where members share their current projects, exchange ideas, and challenge one another to try new creative directions."

It will remain on display through the month of May. Regular gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

The exhibition is made possible through an operating grant from the East Central Regional Arts Council.
