The Pine City Girls Tennis Head Coach Kristin Unverzagt gave us a look at the teams win over Mora!
The girls tennis team traveled to Mora tonight and came home with a 4-3 win The girls swept singles to get our 4 points. Brooke and Alana had decisive wins at one and two singles and the score does not show the battle that was played at 3 and 4 singles with Alyssa and Kendall. The match came down to Kendal Steele with a strong finish to win at 4th singles. It was 3-3 and Kendall helped to close out and win the match for our team. Our doubles teams continue to grow and their aggressive play will help them build for our next match.
We head to Hibbing for our annual tournament on Saturday and host Aitkin on Tuesday.
