A search warrant executed on Thursday, Oct. 3, in the village of Grantsburg resulted in an arrest as part of a drug investigation.
According to a press release, the Grantsburg Police Department executed a search warrant at 420 North Pine Street at about 1 p.m. on Oct. 3.
The warrant was obtained during a drug investigation by the police department and was executed with help from the Siren Police Department and Burnett County Sheriff’s Office.
Andrew Alden was arrested at the scene and is being held in the Burnett County jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, keeping or maintaining a drug trafficking place, and other charges.
