Pine City hosted the Great River Conference cross country meet yesterday at the Pine City Country Club.
In the boys race Pine City had four runners finish inside the top 10 and Rush City had three. Rush City senior Brodrick Larson came in first and Pine City senior Nate Webster in 2nd.

4. East Central
In the girls race Pine City senior Alaina Steele won the race and Hinckley-Finlayson 8th grader Reese Hartl came in 2nd. Two points is all that separated conference champs from second place.
