A North Branch man was found dead Wednesday night following a blaze at his home.
77-year-old Donald Jarvis died in the fire that occurred at 9:40 PM on January 24th, on the 36900 Block of Falcon Avenue in North Branch. The North Branch Police and fire departments rushed to the scene and found Jarvis' house engulfed in flames.
Other assisting agencies in the incident were the Harris Fire Department, Stacy Fire Department, Lakes Region EMS, and the Chisago County Sheriff's Office. The fire is currently in an ongoing investigation, and is being examined by the Minnesota State Fire Marshal and Midwest Medical Examiner's Office.
