The Pine City Public School District is seeing an uptick in enrollment in a key area over this time last year.
The pivotal number that the district has improved on over January of 2017 when it comes to students who chose the district through open enrollment.
194 students are choosing Pine City’s district this January over
the 168 that did so at this time last year.
Open enrollment is important for state funding for the district.
In addition, it puts on display the quality of the Pine City school district, and that it’s a desirable place for area parents to send their children.
